In addition to our exceptionally qualified and experienced dental professionals, and the highly advanced technical support team, we are unusual at Confidental in having a very strong support team.
This dental team ensures our practice runs like a well-oiled machine and that we send you home with the right number of teeth. In the right place. The key members of our support team include:
- A Business Manager, Sally Eddenden, who ensures the commercial side of the clinic remains on track (despite the massive sponsorship of Matt’s motorbike). She manages our finances and suppliers and makes sure the bills get paid – yours and ours.
- A Clinical Manager, Jane Golightly, who, not surprisingly, makes sure every clinical standard is understood and implemented by everyone on the team.
- Reception and hospitality, who are there to make your attendance at the clinic as restful and stress-free as possible (even if you are seeing Niall or Matt!).
Sally Eddenden Business Manager
A fully qualified dental nurse with five years post-qualification experience in private practice and orthodontics, plus eleven years in a practice management role, Sally has almost but not quite managed to escape the profession.
Following a short spell as receptionist, she has been the Business Manager at Confidental since 1999, when she was invited by Niall to manage the financial and commercial side of the practice. Presumably at about the same time as Matt’s motorcycle sponsorship started…
Sally is responsible for business development and overseeing the Customer Care Team, to ensure you feel cared for and valued – a key part of Confidental’s overall service. The other important element of her duties includes managing Confidental’s finances and banking. Despite all this, Sally still maintains that Niall and Matt are a pleasure to work with!
When she can drag herself away from all things dental, Sally enjoys the cinema and theatre, plus caring for her Yorkshire Terrier, Sophie (a key member of the credit control team). Another Sandhurst local, Sally escapes to Cornwall as often as possible.
Our support team are a vital element of ensuring you enjoy your visit to the clinic.
