I had my teeth whitening 🦷 process done with a lovely lady called Tilly Houston who went through every step with me an assured me at times when my teeth were very sensitive that it was all completely normal concept of the whole process, I am so pleased with the outcome of my teeth there beyond my expectations & are gleaming so pearly white! Could not have gone anywhere else it was exceptional :) I can now smile with so much more confidence

I had the most awful toothache , and tried a few dentists more local to me, but could not get an appointment til March, however when I called Confidental, they got me an appointment that evening, the staff were really helpful and when I saw the dentist he put me at ease and done everything possible to get my situation resolved on the day, unfortunately that was not possible so he sent me away with antibiotics and made an appt for me to come back a few days later. I went back and within 30 minutes I was completely pain free.I would definitely recommend this dentist to any one that is looking for a dentist or wanting to change from their current one.

I have had appointments with Bali and Sandeep. Both dentists are excellent, taking time to explain what options are available. The nurses are friendly and always call you in with a friendly smile and comforting words, great if you're a nervous patient! Both dentists answer all questions completely, giving you time to make any decisions required! I have complete confidence in the dental care that they provide and would highly recommend Confidential!

The best place to go when only the best isGood enough.The bite on the temporary dentures is perfectI am finding it hard to recognise my self with thesebecause I had my eye teeth cut out of the roof of my mouth when I was 14 and it did give my mouth a different appearance, also I hate dentures.I do realise my mouth has changed a lot in the last 5years.Confidential always produce the highest quality work& I am confident the end result will be 100%Work going on well, pleased.Set back, two implants failed & temporary teeth plate broken.

Very happy with Confidental. Professional, kind and calm. You have cured my anxiety after awful experiences else where. I am very grateful to you and the whole team.Always, given so much care and time. Deepak has such a good manner about him and great knowledge where you are put at complete ease.Lucy, the hygienist is wonderful too.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been using this practice for several years now. Everything I have had done has been 1st class and the whole team are excellent from the receptionists, nurses, hygienists and dentists. Recently had an old amalgam filling removed and the cracked tooth refilled. The whole procedure was completed without the slightest pain and I now have a lovely white tooth, thanks to Deepak. It’s always a pleasure to visit the practice and I’ve never been worried about having anything done as I have never felt any pain with any of the procedures. Highly recommended.

I had an infected wisdom tooth extracted by Bali on Tuesday and I can HONESTLY say that I've never experienced such a wonderful dentist in all my years! She was so professional yet friendly too...she did everything make me feel comfortable and not anxious at all! I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the practice to anyone needing dental assistance. Top marks folks at Confidental!!!!

Always excellent- reception staff are always helpful and couldn't do more to welcome you. The dental hygienist is very thorough, and never causes you pain. Advice to help you keep your teeth as clean as possible is given if necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice, and I have been going there for many years.

I have been going to the practice for over 6 months now and every visit is smooth, personal and nothing is too much trouble. The reminder services, welcome/processing post appointment with the reception team is always a pleasure. Sandeep is very communicative, explains what is happening and why, gets to know you as a person not just a patient and is a huge credit to the profession. If I could rate the team more than 5 starts then I would not hesitate to. I would highly recommend Confidental Dental Practice.

Before coming to Confidental, I was terrified of the dentist and only ever went if I was in pain. A much needed tooth extraction forced me to attend a few months ago and it was the most life changing experience - zero pain and the most kind and patient dentist and dental nurse. I cannot thank Dr Vishal and Eve enough for giving me such a positive experience that changed the way I feel about visiting the dentist. I have since had other work done which has been just as positive and am now having my teeth straightened, something I had wanted for years but never thought possible due to my fear.

In the midst of a full transformation with implants top and bottom with Sandeep. I am terrified of the dentist but the gentle approach, clear explanation and pain free treatment I have makes the experience one that I can do. As a result, I won’t have to face a future with bad teeth and/or I’ll fitting dentures. I can’t recommend the practice more highly. I now live at some distance but will keep them as my dentist whatever.

I can not complain at all. Very happy with the service i have received. Right from the beginning when i was just enquiring about having braces to the very end. Thought I had a troublesome filling, fitted me in quickly and at a time convenient to me. Reassured me everything is ok. Excellent customer service and great care taken over patient and staff safety during these difficult times. I recommend this practice to everyone I meet.

I’ve been going to Confidental for nearly 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. Sandeep and his team are extremely professional, helpful and gentle. The prices are very reasonable for the high level of care you receive and all the staff have always been very polite, great communications too before and after each appointment. My boyfriend had not been to the dentist for over 10 years due to a bad childhood experience and I have finally managed to convert him after seeing Sandeep and receiving a fantastic level of care.

I cannot fault anything about my experience with confidental.In a pandemic and I felt perfectly safe, its clean, well managed, friendly, efficient.I called, got an emergency appointment the very next day communication was excellent & the dentist preformed the work there & then no waiting for another appointment 👍

I highly recommend Confidental Dental Practise!I went there for the first time 2 days ago, for an emergency appointment, needing an urgent root canal treatment. I was in so much pain and I was going abroad in a few days, so I was very nervous and stressed by the situation.The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and helpful.In less than half an hour Dr Deepak visited me being very friendly and caring, listening to me, explaining to me very clearly all the options I had in that moment and giving me all the time I needed to make my choice. I really appreciated this.Throughout the whole procedure Dr Deepak made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as he's very professional and friendly.I can't thank the clinic enough for having helped me so quickly and in this amazing way in that difficult moment.Thank you very much.

I'd not been to see a hygienist in let's say too many years to even consider mentioning - one of the reasons being - I was scared. After find Confidential and taking the plunge the two hygienists I saw at Confidental were both so, so lovely and very understanding, and considerate of my nerves and anxiety when carrying out my treatment. In the end it really wasn't all that bad and I have some lovely, much healthier and clean teeth and gums to thank them for - THANK YOU!

Sandeep and his nurse Una and the Hygienist Michele Nevett are the ones I see and they are all excellent. Attention to detail is remarkable and they always ensure I know exactly what's going to happen and make sure I'm happy and have a lovely smile bye the time I leave the surgery.
