We ask for feedback to help us improve from each of our patients that visit us, by handing them a little feedback slip with 3 short questions.
We care about you and our service offering and that’s why we ask our clients how we did after every appointment:
- Being calm and caring – we ask out patients how we did after their appointment with us. We want to know whether everyone you met here was friendly and if their advice was helpful. This helps us so that in the future we will know if our approach is a good one or if it needs a boost.
- Offering pain free treatment – We need to know if the treatment you have received here has been pain free so that we can improve our technique in order to deliver a pain free experience as close to 100% of our patients as possible.
- Seeing you on time – time is always against us, we like to keep to time, if this doesn’t happen we would like to know so we can put in place systems to help us run on time consistently

Dentistry for busy people – We are here for busy people, before and after school/work appointments as well as Saturday appointments available to help take care of you. You can also have the option for you to book your appointments with us online.
Investment in your health – We will do what we can to make your dental care affordable to you, with interest free payment plans or finance to help you spread the costs.
What we ask of you
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange you appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointments, if you are running late we will always try our best to accommodate you.
We welcome your feedback so that we can provide you with the highest quality service and continually improve upon the care that you receive with us.
