At Confidental, we are confident in our dentistry, provided our patients understand their role in looking after the work we have carried out. Our confidence is reflected in the three year guarantee we give.
It covers treatments done on adult patients during normal use.
To ensure it remains valid we ask you to follow a few simple steps:
- Attend for your recall appointments at intervals as indicated by your dentist
- Attend the hygienist at intervals as indicated by your hygienist
- Maintain excellent oral hygiene by effective cleaning and appropriate diet
- Wear and use any recommended protective devices, e.g. night guards
We cannot guarantee restorations that have failed due to:
- Trauma
- Inappropriate care
- Additional dental treatment
- Active gum disease, or underlying bone disorders
- If you clench or grind your teeth
- If there is an outstanding balance on account
Due to the nature of some types of treatments, e.g. root canal treatment, guarantees cannot be applied and we will fully inform a patient of these before we begin treatment.
Coverage
Confidental will replace anything that goes wrong within 12 months of the dental treatment being completed. Please see inclusions and exclusions.
Timing
The 12-month guarantee starts upon the date of your dental treatment.
Inclusions
- Replacement of any dental treatment
- Confidental’s fees for replacing any failed work
- Confidental’s emergency fees
Exclusions
- Any work not done by Confidental
- Accidental damage via internal or external trauma
- IV sedation or hospital fees
- Emergency work and fees incurred elsewhere
- Out of pocket expenses to come to Confidental (i.e. travel costs, money lost for time taken off from work, personal reimbursement, etc.)
We offer a sliding scale to all our services. This would mean that should any item fail in the first year of then we will cover all costs (except lab costs). If it failed between the 1st and 2nd year we would charge 33% of the bill. Failure between 2 and 3 would be 66% and anything after 3 years would be 100%.

How do I apply?
You will need to complete a simple, online credit application. The information is transmitted to the lender immediately and a reply is usually received by return. You can then either sign a credit agreement that we print for you, or have it emailed for you to complete at home.
How much can I borrow?
You can borrow between £350 and £50,000, subject to status. You must be over 21 to apply, and you must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is not required, but if you want to pay one and so reduce the amount you borrow, this is completely up to you.
How much are the repayments?
Obviously, this will depend on the amount you borrow, whether you pay a deposit and how many months you choose to spread the repayments over.
